After May 31st you will no longer have access to the website and your media will be deleted. Users who wish to save their existing videos have until that time to: • Use the "Download" feature to save movie files of their projects to their computer • Share their videos on their YouTube channel or Facebook page • Order their videos on DVD before May 15, 2014 Please note that the download and share to YouTube/Facebook options are premium features of One True Media. If you do not currently have a premium subscription, a one-time purchase of the $3.99 monthly fee will give you access to all of the premium features until May 31, 2014. Existing subscribers can access these features as part of their active subscriptions. Users with active monthly subscriptions will no longer be charged a recurring payment for One True Media after April 30, 2014 but will continue to have access to premium features through May 31, 2014. Users with active annual subscriptions that expire after May 31, 2014 will receive a prorated refund of their $39.99 annual charge to the credit card or PayPal account associated with their paid subscription. Refunds will be processed on or about May 31, 2014. Annual subscriptions will not be renewed in May but subscribers will continue to have access to premium features through May 31, 2014. Annual subscribers with unused DVD credits in their account will have until May 15, 2014 to use their DVD credit.
